Communications Community Affairs manages activities for the Jacksonville Youth Council, Weed & Seed, Sturgeon City and Nonprofit events and seminars. |

Engineering and Construction
Engineering & Construction provides information, recommendations, and services to construct, preserve and improve the City's infrastructure. City staff offers technical assistance and oversight to ensure public improvements are cost-effective and consistent with City specifications. |

Finance provides cash and asset management, accounts payable and purchasing, customer billing and collections, contract review and grant monitoring, and budgeting services to the City, and is responsible for preparing and monitoring the annual operating budget and Capital Improvement Program. |

The Information Technology Department provides City-wide support for all computer systems, GIS systems, telephone systems, security systems and fax machines. The department is responsible for analyzing and implementing the electronic needs of all City departments. |

The City of Jacksonville's Water Treatment Facility works to dispose of wastewater in an environmentally safe manner. Facility tours are provided through Sturgeon City Institutes and Coastal Carolina Community College. |
