On behalf of the Mayor and Council, I would like to welcome you to the City of Jacksonville's web site. We provide this service in the hope that it will assist you as residents and citizens of our community to become more involved in local government and to assist you in receiving timely information about the services of City government. City Greenway Link up with Connect CTY, our new City-to-Resident notification system. With this service, the City can send urgent messages to enrolled residents and businesses within minutes regarding specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such emergencies and local community matters.

Online Crime Reporting is just a click away for residents to report non-emergency situations. Please dial 911 if you have a police emergency.
