On behalf of the Mayor and Council, I would like to welcome you to the City of Jacksonville's web site. We provide this service in the hope that it will assist you as residents and citizens of our community to become more involved in local government and to assist you in receiving timely information about the services of City government. We are here to serve and improve the community and therefore welcome your feedback and suggestions.

FAQs(Frequently Asked Questions) are available to assist the needs of our residents. Contact information is also provided should you not find the information you are seeking. FY2011-12 Budget Book is available for view online.
	Link up with Connect CTY, our new City-to-Resident notification system. With this service, the City can send urgent messages to enrolled residents and businesses within minutes regarding specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such emergencies and local community matters. Online Crime Reporting is just a click away for residents to report non-emergency situations. Please dial 911 if you have a police emergency.
	G10TV offers broadcast and online on-demand schedules of City and County meetings and events. Video shorts are available online and on the web through the City website, powered by Vimeo. All videos are available for view at the City of Jacksonville Vimeo site.
