Heritage Square Stormwater Project

Water Line Installation
The Heritage Square Subdivision Stormwater Improvement Project will begin August, 2011. This project is designed to alleviate flooding and redirect stormwater to safe areas.

Heritage Square including areas of Colony Plaza and Ashley Park Apts are designed areas of improvement for the Stormwater Improvement Project. Most of the installation will consist of pipes that will put underground mostly in easements within public spaces and backyards. Some large underground chambers will also be installed in the area.

The Stormwater Project is expected to last about 60 days. This could vary depending on weather and other conditions. During the project, some vegetation may be destroyed that is in the construction area.  

Expect traffic delays or road closures periodically during daytime working hours. Roads may be closed during construction with limited access at night. Map of project area
