Utilities Billing Division

The Utilities Billing Division serves as the central collection point for City revenue and provides customer service and billing for City utility accounts.  Please contact us regarding:

Utility Accounts

Requests for new water service, discontinuation of service and water, sewer, stormwater and sanitation billing information. 
 

New Service Application

All applicants must complete a New Service Application Form as well as a Burglary Alarm Registration Form to establish service.

Utilities Online

Customers can access their account information online to check balances, make payments, review account history, and more.  A PIN number must be used to access your account, which can be obtained from the utilities billing office. 

Business Privilege Licenses

Most businesses operating in the city are required to have a Business Privilege License.

Water Conservation Kits

Water conservation kits are available free of charge to City utility customers.  These kits contain dye tablets to help identify leaking toilets, a low-flow shower head, a "toilet tank bag" to reduce toilet water usage, and aerators for bathroom and kitchen faucets.
