Administration

The Administration Division of the Information Technology Department is responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy for the City’s hardware, software, and networking infrastructure as well as the policies for implementing this strategy.

The Division is responsible for developing the IT Department's budget, assisting all of the other City Departments in developing their own IT Budgets, and approving all purchases of computing assets for the City.

The IT management is also responsible for ensuring that these computing assets (data, hardware, and software) are used, protected, and retired properly.
