The City of Jacksonville's Community Development Division has completed the 2009-2014 Five Year Consolidated Plan and 2009-2010 Annual Action Plan. These plans describes the community needs and priorities for use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
PUBLIC NOTICE - 2010-2011 Annual Action Plan
The Community Development Division has completed a draft of the Annual Action Plan for FY 2010-2011. The Annual Action Plan contain's the City's plan for utilization of its annual allocation of funds to be received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Annual Action Plan is available for public review and comment from March 1, 2010 to April 2, 2010, during normal business hours. Copies are also available at the Community Development Office, City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street. All comments will be address. Comments should be submitted in writing to the Commuity Development Office or emailed to Lillie R. Gray, Community Development Administrator at lgray@ci.jacksonville.nc.us.
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PEFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)
The CAPER is a summary report that the Community Development Division submits to HUD describing the activites of the City's housing and community development progrrams. The primary purpose of the report is to provide citizens with information on how the City used its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
