Stroller Strides is a 1 hour total body workout designed specifically for moms with stroller age children (6 weeks - 4 years). It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. In addition to Stroller Strides our instructor offers Fit 4 Baby prenatal workout for moms who are expecting. It is a great way to meet current moms and moms to be, and get fit at the same time. Fit 4 Baby combines elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Warnerfit Fitness Bootcamp is a 6 week high intensity interval training course that will push your current fitness tolerance to a new level. It can be a great place to meet others working towards similar fitness goals. Many find that besides making a workout fun, boot camp provides a great support system in their attempts to make life style changes. So, if you’ve struggled to keep up with your workout routine long enough to see results, then this could be just what you need!

Yoga is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate levels. Kirapula yoga is an interplay of body, mind and energy. A typical class will consist of teaching breathing techniques, proper postures, and finish with a deep relaxation period. There are no fitness levels required for the class, only thing needed is yourself and a Yoga Mat.
