 Children's Self-Defense Courses.aspx?width=300&height=272) Champion Youth Outreach is working together the the Recreation and Parks Department to offer these great classes to teach children about self-defense. The class will be available to all children between the ages 4 - 18.
This course has been designed to teach self-defense with the emphasis on child safety and awareness. The purpose is to give instructions on how to defend oneself as opposed to teaching aggressiveness or bully tactics. A certified black-belt instructor will cover the basics including techniques and form with the students. It is important to note that no physical contact will be allowed in beginner's classes.
Testing will be available for rank promotion!

Registration:
Will be held at the begining of the first class (Monday, January 23, 2012), Event Flyer
Class time:
Classes will be held every Monday, January 23, 2012 - April 30, 2012
6:00 PM - 6:45 PM (New Students)
6:45 PM - 7:30 PM (Returning Students)
Fee:
$7.00 per lesson (lessons can be paid for on a week to week basis)
$8.00 one time registration fee
