 Special Projects Annual Citizen Survey
The Jacksonville Police Department strives to remain sensitive to the needs of the community. On a annual basis, the department randomly selects victims of crimes to request that they complete a survey or questionnaire pertaining to the services provided to them by Jacksonville Police. The department is very concerned about the level of professionalism and services provided to our citizens. Survey participants and their answers remain anonymous. However, the results are compiled and reviewed by the Chief of Police. This survey acts as sounding board to the Office of the Chief and provides valuable feedback regarding our service to the community.
