The City of Jacksonville City-to-Resident Notification System

A free service to residents in the area, the Blackboard Connect-CTY® provides City-to-Resident notifications. With this service, the City can send urgent messages to enrolled residents and businesses within minutes about hurricanes, power outages, water and street notices and other official Government messages. Receive specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as emergencies and local community matters. 

Are you connected? Sign Up online through Connect-CTY®.  You may receive messages on your home phone, cell phone, through email and via text messaging. Providing your street address enables connect to provide timely local emergency communication through Geolocation.

The City of Jacksonville will not share your personal information.
